Front panel LEDs are red, and the charger is in a Faulted state:
Verify the charger's firmware version. If it’s not up to date, update it to the latest version.
Check the charger logs on app.vool.com under the charger configuration panel. Do the logs display any errors?
If the charger is running the latest firmware, perform a power cycle on the device.

Front Panel LEDs Are Off – Troubleshooting Steps
Check LED Settings: Open the VOOL mobile app and navigate to the charger configuration and settings page. Ensure the front panel LEDs are turned on.
Verify Firmware: Check the charger's firmware version. If it’s outdated, update it to the latest version.
Power Cycle: If the charger is running the latest firmware, perform a power cycle on the device.
Inspect the Front Panel: If you have the front panel removal tool, carefully remove the front panel, clean the pins, and reattach it. Ensure the pins are clean, functional, and free from mechanical issues.
