VOOL uses DigitalOcean infrastructure and only delegated service engineers can access the data for troubleshooting purposes. All data is stored in MySQL databases that are only accessible from predefined IP addresses.

Temporary data for caching purposes are kept in the REDIS datastore that is only accessible by services developed by VOOL. Our services can be used only over a secure HTTPS connection.
