Once you arrive at the charging station, simply plug in your vehicle and select the correct charging station on the map. Make sure that you check charging and pricing information for specific charge location by clicking "I have read charging and pricing information" button, see screenshot:

Once your car is plugged in, turn the "Start charging" slider to activate the charging session, see screenshot:

On the following screen, you must provide your card details. Please note that you must have at least € 25 for the reservation fee to apply and for the charging session to start.

​NB! You don't need to have an account with Vool to start a charging session, but we advise creating one to get more functionality from the charging experience.
