What are subscriptions and why do I need one?
Subscriptions give you access to certain advanced features tailored to your needs. Right now, we offer monthly subscriptions that you can sign up for through the Admin Portal. You need a subscription to unlock some of these features, specifically for making your chargers public.
What features are included in the subscription?
The primary feature available now is public charging.
How much does it cost?
Until 30 September 2026, the public charging feature is priced as follows:
4€ per connector a month (excluding VAT)
This depends on how many days your subscription is active during the month. For example, if it's active for only half the month, you will be invoiced for half a month.
4% of revenue generated from public charging
From 1 October 2026 this becomes 8% of charging revenue with no per-connector fee, under VOOL CPO Suite.
How does making your charger public work?
To make your charger public, simply subscribe to the public charging feature. If your sites are already public, you’re all set! If not, just follow these steps:
Set up your pricing rules.
Choose which chargers you want to make public.
Add your company details and payout information.
