How to cancel your subscription:

  • Go to the Subscriptions section under Workspace settings.

  • Select the feature you want to cancel.

  • Confirm that you want to cancel.

  • You will be billed at the beginning of the next month.

Important note when cancelling the public charging feature:

How to pause or resume a subscription:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions section under Workspace settings.

  2. Select the feature you want to cancel or subscribe.

  3. Confirm your action.

Keep in mind that you can activate and deactivate your subscription multiple times during a month, but you will still receive one invoice at the beginning of the following month.

How to change payment methods:

  1. Go to Workspace settings.

  2. Navigate to Payment method and select a new payment method.

Understanding billing cycles and renewal dates:

Subscriptions are billed monthly based on your usage during the month. You’ll receive an invoice at the beginning of the following month. For example, your October invoice will arrive in November.
