What if I don’t subscribe—can I still use the platform?
Yes, for sure! You can still use the platform. A subscription is only needed for advanced features like public charging, automated reports (coming soon), and adding third-party chargers (coming soon).
Why can't I subscribe through the mobile app?
Currently, subscriptions can only be activated through the Admin Portal. However, users will soon be able to subscribe through the mobile app, and there will be different features and plans available.
What happens to my public chargers if I cancel my subscription?
The public charging feature will be disabled.
Your sites will no longer be accessible to EV owners through charge.vool.com.
Is there a free trial period?
For some features, we will provide a trial period, but not for public charging, as there are ongoing costs for managing payments between EV owners and CPOs.
