We have observed some issues with the "Full Battery" smart charging program and recommend using the "Cheapest Hours" smart charging program instead for now.

The main issue with the "Full Battery" program is that EVs often report their state of charge (SOC) incorrectly. Since this program relies on accurate SOC data, charging may not always achieve the desired results.

The "Cheapest Hours" smart charging program does not require any connection to your EV or rely on its state of charge, making the charging outcome more predictable. As a user, you simply set the charging session length, and the VOOL program will automatically select the cheapest hours for charging.
