Every registered user has the capability to delete their data from our database. To initiate the account deletion process, navigate to the 'Settings' section in the mobile app and select the 'Delete account' button. A pop-up window will appear; simply slide the 'Slide to delete' button. This action will permanently remove your Name, Email, added vehicles, and all associated tokens. See screenshots bellow:

Please be aware that this procedure does not extend to the deletion of Sites and Devices that have been added. You can manually delete Sites and Devices before initiating the account deletion process, or you can contact our support team via chat or email for assistance.

If you wish to request the removal of specific data while retaining an active account and cannot find the option in the mobile app or admin portal, please reach out to our customer support for assistance.
