When and how will I receive my invoice?

You will receive your invoice at the beginning of the following month on the day you are billed, usually around the 5th or 6th.

Understanding your invoice:

You’ll receive one invoice for all the enabled features. The first page will provide an overview of each feature, while the second page will include detailed information. For example, if you have the public charging feature, the invoice will show:

  • Number of active devices

  • Number of active days

  • Total revenue

  • The percentage that goes to VOOL as part of the subscription fee
