VOOL CPO Suite lets you charge drivers for using your chargers. You can make chargers public on charge.vool.com, and VOOL handles payments and invoicing for both public drivers and your own users (managed billing). VOOL keeps 8% of the revenue from billed sessions (12% for roaming sessions). All prices exclude VAT, and VOOL invoices you once a month.

The workspace Owner or Admin activates CPO Suite in the VOOL web portal. It takes about 10 minutes. Have these ready:

  • a company credit or debit card (for VOOL's monthly invoice)

  • your company details: legal name, registration number, VAT number and address

  • your company bank account (IBAN) for receiving the charging revenue

Step 1: Open Workspace settings

Log in to app.vool.com, click Workspace settings in the left menu, then open the Subscriptions tab.

Step 2: Subscribe to VOOL CPO Suite

On the VOOL CPO Suite card, click Subscribe.

Read the summary, tick "By placing this order, I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice", and click Subscribe.

If your company, payment or payout details are missing, the portal asks you to add them. You can also add them first in the Settings tab, as shown below.

Step 3: Add your company details

In Workspace settings → Settings, click Company details. Fill in the legal name, country, registration number, VAT details and address, and click Save changes. These details appear on the invoices your charging customers receive.

Step 4: Add a payment method

Click Payment method, then Add payment method. Enter your company card (credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) and click Save changes. VOOL charges its monthly fee to this card.

Step 5: Add your payout details

Click Payout details. Choose the country and enter the account name and IBAN of the bank account where VOOL pays out your charging revenue. Click Save changes.

Step 6: Set up who pays what

With CPO Suite active, set up groups and pricing rules in Access management:

  • Your own users (employees, residents, partners): create a group with its own pricing rule, for example a lower price or 0 €. Add users by email or give them RFID cards.

  • Public drivers: set a public pricing rule. They pay with the VOOL app, on charge.vool.com or by QR code.

  • Private chargers: keep them in a separate group so only invited users can use them.
