To reverse the phase current direction you need to be an installer on the workspace. If you create the site outside installer mode you become the site owner instead, and this menu stays hidden — VOOL support can change your role.
Navigate to OCPP parameters in the LMC:
Toggle ChangePhaseDirection[Lx] to True to reverse phase current direction.
You will see this message when the change has been successful:
When you need this
Incorrectly installed current transformers (CT clamps) report negative current readings, which makes load management apply the wrong limits. This can be corrected in software from VOOL’s side as long as the LMC is online — there is no need to physically rewire the clamps.
