Every VOOL charger comes with an RFID card in the box, which can be used to initiate charging.
First, set up and link the RFID cards on the VOOL Portal, then simply swipe the card on the charger to start charging.
Every new RFID card needs to be linked to your VOOL account. For easier reporting, you can associate the card with a specific user or EV.
Quick Tips for Using RFID Cards:
Disable Auto-Start Mode: In the charger settings, disable auto-start mode to initiate charging with the RFID cards.
Tap the Charger: On the charger, tap the bottom part of the front panel.
Hold Steady: Hold the card for a second without moving it around the charger.
LED Notification: When the charger recognizes the RFID card, it will notify you, and the LEDs on the charger will blink green, indicating that charging is about to start.
Please note that the VOOL charger also works with other third-party RFID cards, specifically those following the Mifare Classic standard, which is ISO 14443 and operates at a 13.56 MHz frequency.
